Description: This is a watercolor by well known Rhode Island born artist Herbert Lewis Fink 1921-2006, known for figure,landscape and genre ink and pencil drawings. Fink is a graduate of Rhode Island School of Design and was also a teacher there from 1951-1961. The watercolor measures 13”x 9 1/2” with the full sheet measuring 15”x 11 1/4” and titled “Water People”. It’s behind a 20”x 16” mat and will be shipped well packaged and flat. Thewatercolor is in very good condition. I will be listing other original works by Fink.
