The play starred HELEN HAYES and the cast included WALTER CONNOLLY, PAUL McGRATH, SALO DOUDAY, EVELYN ROBERTS, DOUGLAS WOOD, RUTH HAMMOND and JACK LYNDS ..... CREDITS: Book by FERENC MOLNAR; English Text by JANE HINTON; Sets designed by JOSEPH URBAN; Produced and Directed by GILBERT MILLER ..... DETAILS: The 20 page playbill measures 6 1/4" X 9 1/4" inches and includes full production credits, cast list, synopsis of scenes and wonderful vintage advertising, but no cast photos or bios. The playbill includes full page photos of several of the stars who would be appearing at the National Theatre in the coming weeks including BASIL RATHBONE, ONA MUNSON, OWEN DAVIS, Jr. and DONALD WOODS (all shown in the scanned images) ..... CONDITION: (Please Note!) There is a torn corner to the cover and first inside page, the title written in pencil at the top of the cover and moderate creasing. Despite these flaws, this rare playbill will make a wonderful addition to the collection of any theatre aficionado or historian.
