The fish is approximately 4 inches wide, 2 inches tall and 3/4 inch thickness. These fish ornaments are quite collectable. There was an adhesive strip going across the bottom but I took it off. I guess they wanted it on there to stabilize the piece while it was on their dresser, desk, etc...It stands up nicely for me and does not fall over.
