Heavy Duty rear body support/body saver for Traxxas Maxx V1 and V2 Widemaxx

Description: I got tired of destroying my body shells, so I have made these body savers in multiple colors with a very flexible material for the rear of the Maxx body to help prevent it from bending and cracking from those nasty landings while also helping the body from popping off all the time. At $75 a shell I wanted a cheaper option to help prolong the life of the body shell as much as possible and this was my solution to get as much life out of my shell. I have made it very simple to install. you just remove the two rear skid plate screws, snap my body saver on, and screw on the new longer screws (longer screws provided). The whole process takes 5 minutes at most. the beauty about this body saver is that it can be transferred to any stock maxx body shell. When installing PLEASE use hand tools to screw the bolts on as you can overtighten them with electric tools. This will fit the maxx v1 and the v2 wide maxx. the total weight added to your maxx will be a little over 3 oz which is really nothing at all in my opinion. Pictures have been provided of what bolts need to be removed and reinstalled to get the body saver mounted. I have also provided some pictures of my old body that got destroyed before I made this body saver. please be sure to leave a note on the color you want so I can get you the correct color, if not black will be the color shipped to you.
