We provide 1200DPI scans of the front and back of the actual card you will receive, and we provide our judgment on the condition of the card based on usual TCG card conditions (Mint, Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, Heavily Played, and damaged). However, disagreeing with the labeled condition does not qualify for a return. Card condition labels are ultimately subjective, and we provide high quality scans of the exact card listed, so you can see what you get. There may be small scratches not visible in the scans, photos are provided to help illustrate any minor defects not detected when scanned, if any. If a card is egregiously different from the condition listed (damaged when the condition is listed near mint, for example), please reach out and we will work towards a resolution best for all parties.
