It's an overall good restorable condition, they don't get this old and just bolt on without any issues, I don't see anything major wrong with it, some Nicks, scratches, signs of use. I don't see anything broken out of the fiberglass, some of the mounting points may be stripped out and will need to be filled and drilled.
