Hayward Turbo Cell wrench fits genuine Hayward GLX-Cell Union

The other seller purchased a wrench from us and copied the design. Although cheaper, the copy may not be as precise or work as intended. Hayward turbo cell wrench fits the genuine Hayward GLX-Cell 2" Union. My T-Cell saltwater generator is in a difficult location to reach for the periodic cleaning required. So, I designed a wrench for my own use and realized others may need one too. The wrench is designed to only work in one direction. The handle will need to point in the opposite directions for tightening and loosening the union. The original wrench has been so popular we switched to a more efficient manufacturing process. It is now injection molded and has new hanging hole in the handle. The wrench works on genuine Hayward GLX-Cell Unions. Please note the number of pads on your union nut. The black wrench only fits unions with 15 raised pads and is made from ABS plastic. Unfortunately, the original wrench design has not worked for all customers, so I designed another wrench that fits some other common variations of union nuts. The new design is 3d printed using gray PETG plastic and fits unions with 16 raised pads. Please remember these connections should only be hand tightened. Only apply enough force to stop the connection from leaking. If another tool was used to tighten the union last, it is recommended to loosen the union with the same tool before using our wrench going forward.
