Roses And Gold Scalloped Antique 8 1/2" Cabinet Plate 1894-1931 This one is in Excellent Condition with No Chips No Cracks No Crazing. Very nice Haviland Limoges France Cabinet Plate For Bailey Banks & Biddle Co. This features hand painted roses in the center and around the border in pink with light blue and yellow highlights. There are small pink and blue flowers and leaves mixed in. It has a gold geometric verge and an embossed scalloped gold encrusted rim. The base has the Haviland France mark that dates it from 1894 to 1931. The Bailey Banks & Biddle Co. was a retailer of jewelry and designer of US medals that was formed in 1832. It was commissioned by the U.S. government to update the Great Seal Of The United States; its design today remains the official version of the seal. This measures 8 1/2" Wide rim to rim.
