HAUNTING GROUND BRADYGAMES STRATEGY GUIDE (2005), RARE, COLLECTOR QUALITY

Description: Up for sale is a BRADYGAMES strategy guide for HAUNTING GROUND (released in 2005) that is in near-perfect condition. I bought this guide back in 2007 and had been put away in a storage box until now. The book itself has never been opened or read; all pages are in immaculate condition. The only blemishes that I can point out are a couple of narrow, white abrasions (not creases) that are visible along the "open" long edge (these are magnified in the photos) and were present when I bought it. You can see from my photos that any natural expected shelf-wear of a paperback book is very minimal in this item; even the corners are so pristine, especially for a paperback book that is almost 20 years old (!). Given that the video game is one of a cult following, I would love for this book to end up in someone else's esteemed collection. I will ship the item via UPS ground and carefully pack the item in a sturdy box with bubble wrap and packing peanuts to ensure that the integrity of the book is maintained.
