The Red Skull used Hitler and the Nazi's to fund his own personal Army, The Hydra Legion. Long story short Captain America wake up today after being frozen under Artic Ice and finds Hydra alive and well, along with "The Red Skull". Now though he has as team to fight them together with "The Avengers" and so the story goes...
