Butler of Illinois as American Ambassador to the Dominican Republic. The document is countersigned by Dean Acheson as Secretary of State. Truman’s signature is prominently displayed on the document. A paper seal, affixed to lower left, remains fully intact and in excellent condition. This document is in Fine condition and is beautifully mounted in an oversized, 33" x 47" frame along with a 7.5" x 9.5" black and white portrait of Truman.
