The plastics and paint on the XL's don't wear particularly gracefully, and the condition of this unit seems to be roughly on-par with similarly-aged XLs, so I have no reason to believe this radio was mistreated. The radios is fully functional, and the displays are clear with no visible scratches when the backlights are on. The keypad and all buttons function perfectly, as do all of the knobs and concentric switches. The knobs were replaced with brand-new OEM Harris parts recently, and show little to no wear. Software: A screenshot of RPM2 is offered in the listing photos including the bands (V/U/7/8) and the firmware version (R17C05.0103). Further, pictures of the Radio Info screen from the menu are offered. This radio will ship as-pictured, and will come loaded with the default Harris NIFOG Mission Plan and no passwords. While I can guarantee that the radio will come without passwords and ready to program, I cannot assist with programming - the buyer is solely responsible for purchasing RPM2 through an L3Harris dealer. This radio is in Factory Mode, meaning that all software options are enabled by default. Photos of the enabled features are shown in the listing, no features or bands are missing. It will do wideband, it will do P25, Phase 1 and Phase 2, it will do EDACS, etc. Anything offered as a feature on a non-LTE XL will function on this unit as it is now. Why is it for sale?I've not gotten as much use out of the radio as I anticipated - I also have an APX 8000, and its continued to do the majority of what I need. I'd purchased the XL-200 as I was considering migrating to Harris from my Motorolas, however, I've not ended up doing that, and don't have a lot of use for the XL currently. They're fine radios, but do not fit my current needs. I'm also in the process of purchasing an EFJohnson VP8000 (specifically since I'm having to work with a lot of DMR now, and would love be able to just carry 1 radio), and would like to move on from the XL before making a third all-band portable purchase.
