It was hand painted/finished by local craftsmen in the Cotswold area of England.Harmony Kingdom description:"This box figurine features a school of playful fish. Peter’s tin can is present. The mouse is peaking out above the base by the conger eel. There is no inner carving or any inscriptions. Inside is HBC logo."Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping in the US. The piece is "mint in box" and still in factory bag. However, the factory put a "Schools Out" sticker on the bottom of the piece, instead of the proper "Play School" sticker. Thanks for looking!
