Kit Includes: 12" Gloss Black Club Style "T Bars" Custom Made Gloss Black Digital Gauge Mount Extended Brake Line (Standard Black Coated, Stainless Steel Line with Black Chrome Fittings) Control Switch Extensions (CAN Bus) Electronic Throttle Extension (Fly By Wire) Digital Gauge Extension No Need to Replace Stock Clutch Cable With 12" Bars Handlebar Dimensions: Bar Diameter 1.25" End to End Width 26" 2.5" Pullback 12" Rise Slotted for Internal Wiring Gloss Black Finish Handlebar Description: Our bars offer a "Limited Lifetime" warranty and are carefully designed to provide natural, relaxed grip angles combined with optimal pullback comfort. Laser cut, fully TIG welded, beveled & de-burred for easy internal wire pulling, and polished to show their quality finish. Each and every set of bars we make are hand-made employing a multi-step manufacturing process using the finest materials. With a tube diameter of 1.25”. Both grips have 0.5” x 2” slots laser cut for easy internal wiring. The throttle side is honed out and notched for fly by wire configurations. Digital Gauge Description: Our Digital Gage Mount gives you the capability of combining aftermarket T-bars with a 2018, and newer, Harley Davidson Softail. Made from aircraft quality Aluminum and classic Harley old school style. Cable/Electrical Description: When installing aftermarket hydraulic lines, problems can arise from inferior chrome plating. There is nothing worse than rust prone, cheap imitation chrome. Based on this we go the extra mile to achieve a finish that is far superior. We do our plating here in the US, and it has been proven to reduce chipping, scratching, rusting or fading. Giving you a product that is not only suitable for practical purposes but will also look great for years to come. Our Hydraulic Brake Lines meet or exceed D.O.T. as well as OEM pressure specifications. Our lines are UV protected braided stainless steel with Black Chrome fittings and a Gloss Black Armor Coat. While protecting components from abrasion, it also provides for a long lasting appearance. For Our Electrical Extensions we use special purpose automotive wire that is insulated with chemically cross-line polyethylene, making it resistant to moisture, most solvents, and gives it the ability to withstand extreme temperatures. We Use Flexible Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Tubing that is designed to meet the requirements of MIL-I-631, Grades A & B. Our PVC Tubing is UV Resistant, Flame Retardant, Lead Free with a High Gloss Black Finish, Making it perfect for applications where a wide thermal range is required.
