With this punch you can reach in and punch 2 holes at once in the end of the filter allowing it to drain where you can catch the oil easily. Then unscrew the filter from the end. (provided it hasn't been over tightened) . Works on Twin Cam, M8 and Sporsters with horizontal filters with our without the nut. Comes as shown with Instruction sheet . You provide the 3/8 extension and the hammer. As all of my stuff, Made right here in the USA.
