Description: Harley Davidson FXR Exhaust Mounting Bracket, Weld On Style. New Manufactured in USA laser cut part made from .135" HRPO Steel Plate. Exact copy of stock FXR mount bracket that was welded on frames from 1982 thru 1986. Included is a template made off of one of these frames as a reference, but you can always move it to suit your particular exhaust system. Sold as bare bracket only, all pictures with isolator mount are for reference only. We do sell isolator mount is a separate ad, and also a bolt on bracket if you prefer not to weld on your frame and repaint.Note; If your custom exhaust mount is not designed to fit OEM HD location you will have to fabricate a secondary bracket out of steel plate (1/8" thick is sufficient for most) to mount your pipe to the Isolator. I can also supply a template to mount a Thunderheader (either style, center peg or floorboard, that is about 3" by 5") to this mount when in stock location, just ask. NOT a guaranteed perfect fit as pipe brackets can vary, location of drivetrain in your chassis can vary depending on what brand mounts you have, and location will vary with wear on front and/or rear isolator mounts.
