Harker Calico pattern egg coddler custard set w rack lids

Description: Pretty set of Harker Pottery custard or egg cups with lids and a rack for cooking. The pattern name is Calico. These were actually used for Shirred eggs. That is a beaten egg, dash of milk and grated cheese. One of the sets I have came with the original recipe. I have used them for custard also. They are oven safe. Lids have a hole in them to allow steam to escape. Put the rack with the filled egg cups in a pan with about 2" of water in it and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or less. Check as you bake.
