Description: Vintage coffee-table type book - Vermont: A Special World, published by Vermont Life Magazine. The book is divided into four sections - Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter. Each of the four sections contains many pages of beautiful color photographs along with three essays, one by each of the three listed authors. For example, the three autumn essays are: "Autumn's Bright Harvest," "The Lost Art of Sneaking," and "Time of the Leaf Watchers." The book was published over 50 years ago (Fourth Edition 1973) and is in Very Good Condition, with the following caveats: The cover is a bit yellowed, noticeable on the left edge of the front cover and the right edge of the back cover. The spine is worn: the words VERMONT a special world are worn to varying degrees; VERMONT is least worn but "world" is almost worn away. And finally I call your attention to a small printed gift dedication (pictured) from IBM management to IBM Burlington employees; this book was obviously originally a gift to an IBM employee.
