The PU foam provides optimal cushioning and comfort in critical areas, allowing you to hike longer in unforgiving terrain. The Alverstone II GTXs upper is constructed from Perwanger leather with Flex-Zones, and the lower sections feature Lateral Flex Technology; together, these features deliver excellent stability, and allows the boot to move in sync with the lower leg. Other features of the Alverstone II GTX include a Vibram Integral-Light sole with 3D PrismBase technology.
