Description: HALF PRICE HOLIDAY SALE!!! Stunning piece of vintage movie memorabilia. This is a 9 7/8" x 11 1/2" deluxe double weight (DBW) matte finish black and white photo of the cast and director of the film, Hangman's House, from 1928. This photo is one of a group of 15 photos that we acquired that were signed for a Fox Film sales exec, M. A. Levy. They are all exceptionally rare. This photo is signed nicely by Earle Foxe, Larry Kent, June Collyer, Victor McLaglen, Hobart Bosworth and legendary director John Ford. Photo has a little curl to left and right as you can see from the overall shot. The first picture is a high resolution scan - couldn't fit top of picture as my scanner bed is too small. Photo is in very nice condition with just some light wear overall to surface, edges and corners. Small corner bends at lower left and right. Small stain at lower left. Crease line running vertically in left border area. Some writing on the reverse. Although photo is not authenticated, I believe these signatures to be genuine and am confident that they can be certified. John Ford signature is nice. (I actually have two other pieces with John's signature that allow you to see how he changed it a little over time - this one showing his early J with the swoop to left then right over entire signature) Super rare piece.
