Description: This vintage trinket box from ZSOLNAY HUNGARY is beautifully hand-painted on fine porcelain china featuring a delicate butterfly and floral pattern accented with a gold accents. Measuring approximately 2 1/4" with the lid on and 1 3/4" without it, the box is designed in a scalloped square shape and is 4" wide with a base measuring 3" across. The lidded box is perfect for storing small items and is a great decorative piece for any room. Its multicolor design and intricate details make it a unique piece that is sure to catch the eye. Condition is used and previously loved. The lid is in excellent condition. No chips or cracks. The base shows crazing on the outside. The top lip of the box base has a chipped area ( see pix).
