Description: Dress measures 17” pit to pit, length 35”. No tag because it’s handmade but seems similar to an XS. A girl/teen could also wear it. This dress was made by my mom for me when I was 13 in the early 90s. It was one of the last dresses she made me as she passed a year later. She was an amazing seamstress.
