Description: ~About it~ I have collaborated with a master woodcrafter in order to make this functional Barbie (or Ken or friends) doll stand. It has a thick solid wood circular base (no tipping over like those plastic or metal stands) with a perpendicular form that slides up under the doll. This stand is all wood - no metal pieces to snag delicate fabric, and it is all one piece - no assembly required and it won't come apart when you're moving your doll. Also, there is felt on the bottom of the stand to protect delicate surfaces. Each stand is approximately 7" in total height - it has a 3/4" thick base that is approximately 4" in diameter and an upright piece that is just over 6." This stand comes to you as shown, hand-painted in metallic gold with a clear sealer. It is also adorned with a scattering of two differently textured leaves. Please note that because these stands are handmade and made of wood, the grain of the wood may be seen in spots (but in no way does it detract from the grace of these stands).
