handmade handpainted bob+sandy fuller elizabeth duck rainbows figurine vintage

Description: the figurine do note! this is new in box. however, the box has some minor scuffs and the front of the box has a faded «6», which i think comes from this being a gift for a six year old, and this was for the sixth birthday. one corner of the box has a very small tear from strain. (see second image) otherwise, i can find no issues. cute elizabeth duck figurine, dressed as a duck as well as accompanied by a real duck! it is created by bob and sandy fuller (as an item in the paddywack lane series; see more on them below), handpainted, and distributed by russ (see more on them below). elizabeth the duck's story: if not for the storms today, we might miss the rainbows ahead»: it has a glass half full message--rain begets rainbows: there is no light without dark. i think the figurine is made of resin or maybe composite. it is 3 1/2" tall. from the outside from the outer most part of elizabeth the duck's left wing to the opposite rim of the parisol/umbrella is 3 3/8". the information that comes with elizabeth (see last image) the insert with her story hi! i'm elizabeth the duck... on those days when the storm clouds are all that i see, i know that without them just where i would be. i would miss the bright sunshine that breaks thorugh the gray, as it washes the clouds and darkness away. i have seen clouds before and i'll see them again. what i'm never quite sure of is just where or when. so now when i look and see storm clouds i'll know, then i'll smile while i wait for the rainbows to show.
