The vase does have a little bit of the decorative covering missing in two places at the top. I tried to show in the photos. It’s not extreme, especially for the age of the items I recommend not getting them extremely wet on the outside. The inside is perfectly fine to get wet. The vase is just slightly more faded than the candleholders. For some reason I am not exactly sure why but again it’s not tremendous. All four items are made of glass and they do come to you from a smoke-free environment.
