Description: Add a touch of farmhouse charm to your home decor with this handmade ceramic Perpetual Block Calendar, on which the artist has hand painted beautiful Country Cottage Scenes, making this piece truly unique. The calendar is made of stoneware and ceramic materials, and features an incised signature (last photo). I am not familiar with artist, however I believe this is studio art and was made in a pottery studio somewhere in New England. This piece was produced using a hand-built technique and is not vintage. It was made in the United States during the 2000-2009 time period. Every piece is hand built and assembled, allowed to dry and then fired in a high fire kiln. The calendar is a BLOCK CALENDAR type. Includes the Display Block which measures 5.5" X 3.5" - 2 large number blocks & 3 rectangular Month bars. Very unusual and beautifully painted, it is in perfect condition. Please, see photos which are part of the description. Non-smoking home. Main block will be double boxed and accessory pieces will be wrapped in protective bubble wrap, all to ensure a safe delivery.
