Species likely a teak or redwood - moderate density - natural color seen on the underside - like aged California Redwood.☼ Paint and polish expertly applied to highlight the shapes and contours.☼ Measures: 19" Tall . . . 6¼" Wide . . . 4¼ Front to back . . . 2¾ pounds. ☼ No maker's signature or mark - The tag does not offer info on artist or other.☼ Provenance: obtained in Ghana, early 2000, by Harvard Univ Employee during pan-African travels.Shipping weight will be around 5 pounds to ensure safety in transit.
