Description: HAND CARVED CANVASBACK DECOY,DRAKE, SIGNED BY JIM PIERCE, HARVE DE GRACE, MD This listing is for a nicely carved and painted working Canvasback duck decoy, drake, with a curved bottom and lead weight nailed to the bottom and the bottom is marked with initials as well as signed, Jim Pierce, Havre de Grace Md. I believe Jim Pierce is 90 years old. The bottom also has a ring attached at the front. The canvasback duck has classic painted decoration with hand painted eyes. There is some wear to the paint as well as some scuffs. The decoy measures approx. 16 1/2" long from edge of bill to tip of tail. It is approx. 6 1/2" wide and is 3 1/2" to the top of its head from the top of the body. When boxed SECURELY for shipping, item weighs 4 pounds 2 ounces. No Stand included.
