Just simple, clean design let's you appreciate the oval shape that will be accentuated by your artful food presentation. I was surprised to read that Zeisel designed. for many popular American companies like Red Wing, Hall ( Hallcraft) Pottery and Castleton China. There are treasures still to be found by this creative genius who kept true to her roots of industrial beauty. I wonder if her time being incarcerated played a significant part in her design ideas. Dimension: 15 1 /8" long approx. Condition: well taken care of, no chips, no crazing, no discoloration, markings inherent to pottery, light scratches still shows well, pictures are taken of center medallion take a look, Dishes appeared to have been used for some special occasions rather than everyday use.
