Description: Up for sale is a phenomenal Gyorgy Kepes photograph / lithograph. Signed and numbered 33 / 50 this piece is a photo in lithograph form . It is untitled and dated 1968. The Smithsonian has a copy which is on display (at least currently) Piece measures approximately 28 x 32 (unframed) in frame it is approximately 38 x 34. Generally good condition. Matting has browning at edges in particular. Probably should be re-framed at so,e point. Print appears in nice shape. Some minor browning at far edges. Again, recommend a re-frame in next few years. Kepes is one of the most important 20th century Hungarian artists and his works are held by numerous museums around the world. He has a strong auction record and is quite collectible.
