The case has some scratches, noticeable scuffs, and a few small cracks on the front (see photos). The disc has some minor surface scratches but still works with no issues. The manual has some minor wear and creases (see photos), but is otherwise clean and complete. This item will be shipped in a padded cardboard box to prevent damage.
