Guitar Body Stratocaster Body Floyd Rose Ready

Description: PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION FOR CONDITION, SHIPPING, & OTHER INFORMATION. Up for sale is this used Stratocaster style Guitar body in a worn Sea Foam Color finish which shows signs of usage in the finish from being played. This was a complete guitar that was parted out. I do not know what brand this body is. I bought it from a friend many years ago and he thought it was a KNE body but there is no stamp in the neck pocket like most KNE bodies have. Though this is soft wood and had a shim in the neck pocket and it’s possible that the shim flattened out the KNE stamp in the neck pocket. Though since I have no way of determining what brand this body is or who manufactured it, I’m listing this as a Generic brand guitar body. The tremolo Floyd Rose trem post inserts (No Trem Post, Inserts Only), tremolo spring claw, spring claw mounting screws, spring claw ground wire, black control cavity cover plate, and chrome Kramer neck plate are included with the body but there are no screws included for the neck plate or control cavity cover plate. The tremolo post inserts use the standard or current Floyd Rose Trem post. Over all the finish on this guitar body and condition of the body are in good condition. There are a few tiny dents or dings but nothing major as you can see from the pics provided. I’ve tried to capture the worst of it in the pics. I do have more pics of this guitar body if you need to see anything specific as eBay only allows for 24 pics to be added to the listing. The wood is in great shape and the body is still solid. This is a non recessed Floyd or referred to as a Flush body mount Floyd body which is ideal for using the drop d-tuna. Also means the bridge can only do dive bombs and not upward bending of the Tremolo. The neck pocket on this guitar body is 2-3/16” just like the Fender guitars have. The wood around the Trem post area is solid as a rock. This guitar body DOES NOT use the standard Fender size neck plate. It uses a Smaller Kramer neck plate. So I’m including the neck plate that was originally used on this guitar body. The neck plate is not flat but rather it curves to the impression made in the wood body. (See Pics) I’m not sure what wood this body is made of but this is a very lightweight body for sure. The finish is not flawless so please look at all the pics as they are part of the description as well. However the body is solid and would make a great guitar body for someone wanting to build a Floyd Rose Super Strat. This body weighs as it is without the neck plate or control cover plate : 3 pounds and .25 ounces.
