Description: This 5" x 8" booklet has 19 pages and is in fair condition. The cover and pages have moderate wear and moderate soiling. There are 6 small pen marks and a pencil one too on the text pages, like small check marks. See last pic for worst marked-up pages. There are the penciled initials on the front endpaper reading: J Mc.The staples are tarnished on the outside and inside they have some surface rust. This scarce book must be from the early 70s or even the 60s. Read the back cover which really dates the Hazelden Foundation. But there is a zip code, so probably early 70s.
