Description: AWESOME FIND! The real deal! Authentic 1970s wall hanging/rug featuring the iconic 1970s peace dove with a flower in its beak. Wonderful design details. Made from LUSH, super-soft alpaca fur in RICH shades of brown and beige. Measures 48 inches in diameter and is in remarkably excellent CLEAN condition. Only flaw found was one small area that had a piece of fur partially detached, easily glued I imagine (see pics 11 and 12). Backing is an off-white cloth protecting the skins. Label on back is faded, but I could make out the words "Alpaca", "Hand Made", "Made in Peru." This rare find would make a wonderful gift for the peace-lover in your life! See pics!!
