Both crowns and candles are wrapped in either white or ivory satin ribbon (shown here in white) and embellished with a gorgeous crystal rhinestone trim, Swarovski crystal accents have been added to the candles. Crowns have a connecting ribbon and lovely satin bow at the back of each. All of my candles are carefully and sufficiently wrapped and packaged to avoid damage. If your candles arrive damaged, you must notify me within 5 days of receipt if a replacement is desired. Please consult me if you have any concerns or questions regarding this policy. Unwrap your candles upon arrival to make sure they are intact and in good condition. When unwrapping your candles please take extra care, as unwrapping too hastily can result in candle breakage. Each candle's ribbons are wrapped around them and held in place with a rubber band, remove this rubberband. Candles that are slightly bent or warped from excessive heat can easily be straightened out, please message me for tips.
