Samuels, died at her home at the Tollgate along the Leitersburg Pike, one mile from this city, yesterday evening at 5 o'clock, from heart failure and dropsy, aged 55 years. She had been complaining for some time but had only been ill about a week. She was a member of the Christ Reformed Church, this city. Besides her husband, the following children survive: Otho T., Edward T. and Charles A. Samuels, all of this city; one step-son, William t. Hoff, Littlestown, Pa.; a mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Boyer and a step-sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Boyer, both in Pennsylvania, and step-brother, Tobias Boyer, York, Pa.; brothers, Calvin C. and Milton Hoover, this city. Funeral services were held at the home; interment at Rose Hill Cemetery."
