Description: Grainger & Co Worcester Birds & Floral Hybrid Hard Paste Sauce Tureen C. 1810 Rare hybrid hard paste porcelain sauce tureen and under tray. With hand painted birds and flowers. Unmarked. Made by Grainger & Co. Circa 1810. Has crazing typical of British porcelain, a few in manufacture firing separation along the inside of the lid, and wear to the decoration, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks. Measures approximately 8 3/8 inches wide x 6 5/8 inches tall to the top of the lid finial.Measures approximately 7 1/8 inches tall when sitting on the under tray. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
