Description: This Unique Costume contains multiple pieces and is in Very Good Used Condition. I made this from scratch at home back when I was routinely designing elaborate costumes for Halloween. This one did win FIRST PRIZE at the event we attended that year. 4 Pieces included in this listing: Top, Skirt, Waist Cincher, Velvet Choker with Embroidered Medallion and Beadwork.Any flaws or stains are noted as such: Grommets on the waist cincher are starting to loose some paint. Notable Remarks about the SIZE: Should fit an average Women's size 6-8-10. SEE MEASUREMENTS. The mannequin torso shown in photos measures bust 33 inches, waist 28.5 inches, hips 39 inches. Skirt has an elastic waistband. Black fabric is stretchy and has a distressed look with multiple sheer blobs that are see-thru. Top can be worn over the shoulder, or off shoulder.
