The single sheet, two sided Preview Playbill is for George Axelrod's "Goodbye Charlie", which opened at the Lyceum Theatre, in New York City, in 1959, and featured Lauren Bacall, Sydney Chaplin and Sara Marshall. The preview playbill is in good, vintage condition, with no writing on the paper, and minimal soiling and wear. However, there is a horizontal crease to the center of the piece, as well as a few small chips and tears along the top and left edges.
