Description: UP FOR SALE IS THIS GOOD USER ANTIQUE VINTAGE KARPENTER 3/8" SOCKET CHISEL Inv#WF87 This 3/8" socket chisel is marked Karpenter on iron. It is in very nice collectible condition. The wood handle has some paint spatters and wear on finish. It is strong and secure & still retains a nice feel and patina. The iron has some pitting, rust and discoloration. It would need to be sharpened to bring it back to optimal use.(see close-up) The chisel measures overall 9-1/4" L. with a 3/8" tip. It has a 5-1/2" iron. It is in "As Found" condition. I have not tried to polish or clean. (see close-up).
