For LS-VTEC applications, the dowel pin holes are opened up to allow the use of VTEC dowel pins (available seperately) which will ensure proper alignment of the cylinder head. The bores size is opened up to 81.5mm for custom builds and the GEM logo laser cut into the gasket.This gasket is meant for those that are doing an LS-VTEC conversion with 81.5mm bore but also works great for all Acura 1.8L B18C, B18C1, and B18C5 Series DOHC VTEC engines and All B16 engines using a 81.5mm bore size.
