Please excuse any glare in the photos. This hinged bracelet is yellow gold-filled. It has intricate patterns of contrasting black enamel (taille d'epargne). This has a push button release for the clasp and there is an affixed safety chain that does not have a clasp. The interior length of the bracelet when clasped is approximately 6 7/8 inches. The width of the bracelet is about 1/2 inch. The weight of this piece, unpacked, is 18.8 grams. This would be a wonderful addition to a collection of vintage jewelry. Identification This gold-filled bracelet is marked on its interior, "GOLD FILLED 1/20-10K P. S. CO." It also has tiny engraved markings added by a previous owner which I can only see with a loupe. The bracelet has engraved personalization markings, since it was previously given as a gift. This vintage bracelet was made by Plainville Stock Company of Plainville, Massachusetts. The exact age is not known. Condition The bracelet looks good overall, with no dents. It has minor wear overall, with very light wear to the black enamel. I have not polished the bracelet. There are fine scratches and it also has some finish wear. The push button clasp works and the bracelet stays closed as it should once it is shut.
