ITEM DESCRIPTION 1800s View In Boston - Antique OG Clock Parts - Authentic & BeautifulAttention: You are bidding on one beautiful piece of glass only that is an authentic design for mid 1800s OG clocks. The colors in this tablet go very well with most rosewood or mahogany clocks. This image is very good and is very suitable for larger custom made glass. The picture is a OG clock that is shown for illustration only. You are bidding on this lower glass tablet that is an exact copy of the original glass. The clock is not for sale. Message me before you bid for additional pictures, custom sizes and other designs.See this glass tablet design on the cover of NAWCC Bulletin 443 Jan/Feb 2020 with article by Paul Henion. All glass dimensions are approximate. If you need to trim the glass to fit your clock, your local glass dealer may do it. This glass will fit most standard OG clocks without trimming. The glass tablet shown in the picture 8 inches wide x 10 inches high. The tablet you are bidding on is a copy of the original. The original is in outstanding condition for its age. The copy that you are bidding on has all the minor defects of the excellent original. The glass is used with some very minor defects but is not wavy. There are some very minor chips and some unevenness around the edges that will easily be covered by your clock door frame. If you want perfect glass and designs that look new, go to the sellers of new clock parts. If you want something that looks completely original and old, this is what you need. You can add more than $100 to the value of your premium clock by installing authentic tablets. This tablet is not a silk screened glass tablet like the ones sold by the sellers of new parts. It is an exact copy of the old tablet bonded to the glass in a way that it looks like the old glass tablet. All colors are bright. Shipping will be insured and I will use an oversize box and extra packaging to prevent breakage. If you need a different size or wavy old glass contact me before you bid. Message me for any style of glass including large sizes appropriate for wood works clocks. SHIPPING If you accept low cost shipping without insurance, you accept the entire risk. The post office is responsible for any loss or damage. Canada Post expedited is mandatory for purchases over $50. This way insurance and delivery confirmation are included at no additional charge.
