Some were in rough shape so had to be replaced with remakes. The clam shell bucket insert is a remake. Manual - The manual is original. Parachute men - The parachute men are original but a couple had to be repaired. Hanks of string and paper flag are remakes. 100% complete all parts. All parts are old and have wear and tear. You are buying this AS IS. I've personally inventoried every piece down to the nuts and bolts.
