Figure and all accessories are in MINT condition as it has NEVER BEEN OPENED AND PLAYED. Card has no price tag and has normal vintage condition commensurate with age (30+ years) with creases. Minor scrub to the surface of the plastic cover on the card that covers the figure & weapons. We got this figure directly from Hasbro when we had several toy stores (see last pictures for samples of Hasbro original packaging boxes which are NOT for sale).
