The head you are purchasing has been painted with top-quality acrylic paints. More than likely this paint is a mixture of several paints so it will not be a color straight out of a bottle. The paint is strong but as with any custom-painted product it is not guaranteed to be as strong as the paints used by actual toy companies, as those are toxic, unattainable and deadly. Therefore while the painted custom head is sturdy, take care not to rub, drop, or handle the head harshly, as there is always a chance of the paint coming off. The 30-day return guarantee does not cover damage done to the head by the customer, only damage in transit. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it after notifying me within the 30 days. It must be returned in its original package , undamaged and the buyer pays return shipping with tracking. All items come wrapped in bubble wrap and sent in a sturdy cardboard box.
