The bag is a mix of high quality leather and a cotton textile in tones of brown. This is a very rich looking bag with lots of style and quality. ** The colors are darker in person than my photos. The leather is a medium dark brown and not as reddish as the photos show. The textile has a texture to it, not just a smooth fabric. It would be a more durable fabric, but not as stiff as canvas.** The bag has a long pocket on both the front and back with double snap closures for extra security. The shoulder strap is black and a woven style with leather ends and polished silver swivel clip hardware. It is adjustable from 40 inches to 55 inches long. The bag itself measures 14 in high ,17 in long, 7 in deep, and the handle drop is 4 inches.This is a nice size bag. Inside, the lining is done is a light taupe with leather trim around the zippered pocket and on the edges of the two slip pockets. There is a generous amount of room for all your itemsfor a weekend or more. The bottom of the bag has protective leather strips to help keep it cleaner and add to the look.
