I don't remember, but I have this extra copy that I've never unsealed. It's been stored between other record so there's no warping from shrinkage of the plastic wrap. There's a small break in the plastic seal at the bottom. See photos. The record does not have any art on the cover, but has the bands name spray painted on the sleeve. This is how my opened copy looks too.There are no cut outs or holes punched in the sleeve.Photo notes: Black dots on vinyl are reflections of my ceiling.
