Description: NO BAD SYMBOLS! Approved by German government for public wear since 1957! Listing Includes: 1 x Fairly rare German/Austrian WW2 1957 Veteran Ribbon bar of an Eastern Front Fighter and Knight's Cross holder. Ribbons include the Knight's Cross, Iron Crosses I and II on same ribbon, Wound Badge in Silver, Winter Battle in the East Medal, Infantry Assault Badge in Silver, War Merit Cross II Class with Swords, Close Combat Clasp in Silver, Memel Annexation Medal (?), and two Austrian Medals. Note: Austrians were not restricted post-WWII on wearing the Memel Medal like their fellow German WWII veterans. Also, the combat award badges have blue ribbon backings as often seen on Austrian ribbon bars as standard color choice. Interestingly, the ribbons do not follow the German regulations order of precedence in the bar setup. 1 x Nice and fairly rare German/Austrian WW2 1957 Veteran Full Size Nine (9) Place Medal Bar with WWI Iron Cross II Class (IRON Core), War Merit Cross II Class with Swords, Winter Battle in the East Medal, and six various Austrian Medals mounted in the Austrian fashion. Item comes from a smoke and pet free home. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. Note: Due to limited space many 1957 items in my private collection are being listed, So, please check back.
