Once you buy the $40 service , we will message you back once we read your message of whats wrong and watch the video you send. We Guarantee that all of our repairs are completed expertly by our certified snowman repair doctor and his assistant Jr. Snowman repair doctor in our new snowman surgery repair center. Once repairs are complete , we take a video of your perfectly working Snowman and send to you before we return ship . We calculate the shipping to us and then again when it’s time to ship back to you with your working Gemmy Spinning Snowman. So the shipping cost is to us the first time and then back to you (so you’ll pay shipping both ways) We have all gears in stock for broken gear replacement and even have our own 3D printer to make more parts, we even make missing battery covers !
